Email supportReporting a problem
If you report a bug from within the app, your email app may open with details prefilled and ready to send to our support team.
That keeps the process simple while still making it easy to share the right context.
- Describe what you were trying to do and what happened.
- Include any relevant error message.
- Remove private child information from screenshots.
- Never send passwords or full payment details.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app under Menu → Security → Delete account. If you choose to delete your SplitParent account:
- Your access to the app will be removed
- Your personal profile will be deactivated and anonymised
- Data that exists only for your account will be removed or anonymised where practicable
Because SplitParent is designed for shared co-parenting:
Certain shared records may be retained where they are connected to other family members’ accounts, including:
- Messages
- Shared expenses
- Custody entries
- Calendar events
- Reports and timeline history
- Agreements, signatures, PDFs, and audit history
- Documents or photos linked to shared records
Your name may remain associated with past records with a note such as “No longer active”. Some authentication records may be retained in deactivated form for security and fraud prevention.
