When you create and use a SplitParent account, we may collect:

- Child profile information, such as name, date of birth, and notes
- Messages sent within the app
- Uploaded photos, documents, and receipts
- Expenses and financial records
- Calendar and custody schedule data
- Device type, app version, and basic usage data
- Push notification tokens for alerts you enable

- Directly from you when you enter it into the app
- Automatically through your use of the app
- Through secure third-party services required to operate the app

- Information entered into a family account is visible to authorised members of that family

Account Deletion
If you choose to delete your SplitParent account:
- Your access to the app will be removed
- Your personal account data will be deleted
Because SplitParent is designed for shared co-parenting, certain shared records may be retained where they are connected to other family members’ accounts, including:
- Messages
- Shared expenses
- Custody entries
- Calendar events
- Reports and timeline history
Your name may remain associated with past records with a note such as “No longer active”.
Children’s Data
SplitParent is intended for use by parents or legal guardians.
- Child profiles are created and managed by a parent or guardian
- Child information is used only to provide app functionality
- Parents or guardians control child data
